Perio-Implant International (a part of Perio-Implant Europe Ltd) was founded by Dr Nadeem Zafar in 2004.Dr Nadeem Zafar obtained his BDS from Guys Hospital, London, in 1994 and completed his Master’s Degree in Dental Implantology from the world-renowned Eastman’s Dental Institute, London.
Dr Zafar subsequently set up an implant referral practice in Camberley, Surrey. In search of further knowledge in the field of Implantology, Dr Zafar was forced to travel around the world as he felt that most of the programmes offered in the UK (universities included) were mainly lecture-based and not ‘Hands-On’.
